Corporate Training
In order to build in-depth skills and expertise in conducting corporate training programmes, OPQ Tech has developed the Advanced Skills for Practical Trainer programme. The training programme follows a sequence-wise training strategy, which starts with an introduction to personal learning objectives and essential concepts of effective communication to a group of professionals, and then moves on to preparing an interactive training session that emphasises fun and comedy.
Communication, interpersonal, and self-management skills are among main topics of discussion. Various instructional design models are also discussed, which can assist in putting participants at the centre of the learning process.
